St. Helena Hospital to Renovate Maternity Ward

St. Helena (Calif.) Hospital is about to begin a maternity ward renovation and expansion as part of its $20 million, facility-wide remodel, according to a report from the Napa Valley Register.

The current ward will remain open while the new unit is being constructed. When completed, the updated ward will feature larger patient rooms, enhanced security and an infant monitoring system.

The hospital is updating the unit in response to requests from the community it serves, according to the report.
