Here are five things to know:

1. Mr. Shaull most recently served as the hospital’s COO.

2. He has worked at Wyandot Memorial since 1992, prior to which he served in management roles in the respiratory and cardiology departments at Berger Health in Circleville, Ohio, and Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.

3. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as board president of Hospice of Wyandot County.

4. He holds an MBA from Tiffin (Ohio) University.

5. Mr. Shaull succeeded Joe D’Ettorre, who retired at the end of 2017.
