Shreveport, La.-based Willis-Knighton Health System named Brian Crawford senior vice president and chief administrative officer, effective Jan. 9.

1. Mr. Crawford most recently served as chief administrative officer for the city of Shreveport.

2. He has formerly served as the fire chief of Shreveport and Plano, Texas.

3. He has also worked as a flight paramedic on board Life Air Rescue.

4. Mr. Crawford is a graduate of Boston-based Harvard University’s senior executives in state and local government program.
