Valhalla, N.Y.-based Westchester Medical Center Health Network has named Sean Tedjarati, MD, executive vice president, chief physician ambulatory officer and chief medical officer of its medical groups.
Dr. Tedjarati will lead physician engagement, clinical integration, quality and safety across WMCHealth’s hospitals and ambulatory network, according to an Aug. 19 news release. He joined WMCHealth in 2009 and most recently served as chair and director of obstetrics and gynecology at Westchester Medical Center and senior vice president and CEO of Advanced Physician Services of WMCHealth.
Julia Keltz, MD, was named interim chair of obstetrics and gynecology for WMCHealth, succeeding Dr. Tedjarati. She will oversee obstetrics and gynecology services across the network.
Dr. Keltz joined WMCHealth in 2017 and currently serves as residency program director, section chief of minimally invasive gynecology, associate professor and associate vice chair of education for obstetrics and gynecology at New York Medical College.
