Mr. Gintzig has been serving in these roles in an interim capacity since October 2013.
He previously served as CEO of Minneapolis-based UnitedHealth Group, Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health Services and The Pottsville (Penn.) Hospital and Warne Clinic. Additionally, Mr. Gintzig is a retired Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy where he oversaw more than 150,000 navy personnel and 40 military treatment facilities.
