Wake Forest Baptist CFO steps down

Chad Eckes has left his position as CFO of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C., according to the Winston-Salem Journal.

The hospital filed a notice with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board stating Mr. Eckes stepped down effective June 12, according to the report.

Mr. Eckes left the hospital “to pursue other opportunities,” Wake Forest Baptist said on Friday in a statement to the Winston-Salem Journal.

“We appreciate Chad’s many valuable contributions to the medical center and wish him well in all future endeavors,” the statement read, according to the report.
