Ms. Flanagan has been with Valley Health System for 16 years and is credited with helping develop VMG. As COO, she will oversee the daily operations for more than 50 locations and 700 employees.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Flanagan served as VMG’s executive director. Before that, she was director of administrative services of The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, N.J., for about five years.
