Previously, Ms. Hesse served as senior vice president of patient care services at CTCA-Eastern Regional Medical Center in Philadelphia, and she will continue in this role while adding on CNO duties.
In this position, Ms. Hesse will be responsible for leading the development and execution of system-wide programs and best practices for safety outcomes and clinical quality. She will also serve as a representative for the nursing staff in organizational decisions.
Ms. Hesse joined CTCA in January, before which she served as CNO at Abington Health, Lansdale (Pa.) Hospital for almost five years. At Abington Health, Ms. Hesse served in various roles, including director, nurse manager and staff nurse at the emergency trauma center and clinical leader of medical surgical supplemental staff.
Ms. Hesse earned a master’s degree in nursing leadership at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
