USA Health names chief culture officer

Kerry Flowers was promoted to chief culture and experience officer at Mobile, Ala.-based USA Health.

Mr. Flowers previously served as director of organizational development, according to a Nov. 1 news release from the system.

In the new role, Mr. Flowers will lead employee engagement and leadership development initiatives. He will implement data-driven strategies and collaborate with other leaders to measure success in financial performance, operational efficiency and quality care improvement.

USA Health employs more than 7,500 staff members.
