Cleveland-based University Hospitals Parma Medical Center tapped Peter U. Bergmann to serve as president, effective March 6, 2017.

1. Mr. Bergmann currently serves as president and CEO of Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y.

2. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

3. He earned a master’s degree in health administration from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.

4. UH Parma Medical Center is a 332-bed community hospital, providing acute, sub-acute and specialty care.
