1. Ms. Swanson is currently the president of SSM Health St Mary’s Hospital-Janesville (Wis.).
2. She came to SSM Health in 2009 from Alliance (Ohio) Community Hospital, where she served as COO.
3. She replaces Phil Gustafson, who will retire on March 17, 2017.
4. She will assume her new role on April 3, 2017.
