UnitedHealthcare CEO sells $7M in stock

UnitedHealthcare CEO and Executive Vice President Steven Nelson sold 26,033 shares of UnitedHealth Group stock Sept. 7, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

At each stock priced at about $270.65, Mr. Nelson sold more than $7 million in stock.

UnitedHealth’s stock opened at $261.04 Sept. 12, and has a 52-week high of $271.16. The health insurer’s stock has outperformed its sector due to consistently positive earnings.
