New Orleans-based Tulane Health System selected Tom Patrias to serve as COO, effective March 12.
Here are three points:
1. Mr. Patrias most recently served as CEO of Bayfront Health Spring Hill (Fla.), which is affiliated with Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
2. He has worked with CHS since 2006, leading several hospitals in Georgia and Florida.
3. He earned his MBA from Los Angeles-based University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
