Here are five things to know:
1. Mr. Marger currently serves as COO of TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., TriStar Summit’s sister facility.
2. Prior to that, he was vice president of operations of Nashville-based Sarah Cannon, the global cancer institute of Hospital Corporation of America.
3. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on ACHE’s Programs, Products, and Services Committee.
4. He holds an MBA degree with a focus on finance and healthcare from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management in Nashville.
5. Mr. Marger succeeds Jeff Whitehorn, who is retiring.
