Trinity names 2 C-level officers in 4 days

Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health has named Corinne Francis executive vice president and chief mission integration officer, marking its second C-level appointment in the span of one week.

Ms. Francis has more than 22 years in mission integration roles, according to an Oct. 23 news release shared with Becker's. Her previous positions include system vice president of mission integration at Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health; senior vice president of mission integration at San Francisco-based Dignity Health (prior to its merger with Catholic Health Initiatives); and vice president for mission integration and community benefit at Irving, Texas-based Christus Health.

She is the first Black woman to lead mission for a national Catholic health system, per the news release. In her new role, she will oversee the strategic integration of Trinity's mission, vision, core values and Catholic identity across the enterprise.

Ms. Francis' appointment follows the system's Oct. 19 announcement that Ray Anderson, PhD, will serve as its next executive vice president and chief strategy officer.
