2. He came to Trinity Hospital Twin City in 2011, after the hospital had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection the year prior, according to the Times Reporter.
3. He has previously served as CEO of both River Valley Medical Center in Dardanelle, Ark., and Eureka Springs (Ark.) Hospital.
4. Teresa Gagliardi, CNO of Trinity Hospital Twin City, will take over as interim leader.
