2. He has previously served as CEO/medical center director at the Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center as well as at Carl Vinson Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Dublin, Ga.
3. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and National Association of Health Care Service Executives.
4. Dr. Robinson holds a doctor of psychology degree from Virginia Consortium for Professional Psychology in Norfolk.
