Mr. Eesley, who had been serving as Tower’s chief transformation officer since November 2021, was previously CEO of Centegra, a multihospital health system with more than 500 physicians and 4,000 employees.

Mr. Eesley replaces interim CFO Dave Larsen who had worked with Tower Health through its engagement of Warbird Consulting Partners.

Tower Health laid off 52 corporate employees (13 percent of corporate staff) Nov. 16 as the health system reduced its hospitals from six to four.
