1. Mr. Linares most recently served as market CEO of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s Miami-Dade, Fla., and Broward, Fla., markets.

2. He is the permanent successor to Susan Andrews, who retired in March.

3. He holds master of health services administration degree from Florida International University in Miami.
