Tim Trottier is Idaho hospital’s new CEO

St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho, has named Tim Trottier CEO.

Mr. Trottier will take over the position Jan. 13, after serving as CEO of Lebanon, Ky.-based Spring View Hospital. St. Joseph and Spring View are part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health.

“Tim is deeply committed to our mission of making communities healthier, and we are excited to introduce him to SJRMC and the Lewiston community,” Sandy Podley, president of LifePoint Health’s Western Division, said in a news release. “Tim’s understanding of and passion for community-based healthcare will be a valuable asset to the hospital and the community, and we look forward to everything St. Joseph Regional Medical Center will accomplish under his leadership.”

Mr. Trottier’s other previous healthcare positions include senior vice president of regional operations for Phoebe Putney Health System in Albany, Ga.; CEO of Easton (Pa.) Hospital; CEO of Natchez (Miss.) Community Hospital; and CEO of Williamson (W.Va.) Memorial Hospital.

He will replace interim St. Joseph CEO Mike Poore.
