Thomas Tracy Jr., MD. CMO of Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center. Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center named Dr. Tracy CMO in June 2016. Dr. Tracy previously spent 19 years at Providence, R.I.-based Alpert Medical School and Lifespan health system. From 2011 to 2013, Dr. Tracy was the chairman of the American College of Surgeons advisory council of chairs. Dr. Tracy is a graduate of Albany (N.Y.) Medical College and Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine in Israel.
