Mr. Bowerman joined the health system in 2009, first serving as vice president and CFO, according to a March 31 news release. Most recently, he was the health system’s president and chief operating officer.
Mr. Bowerman succeeds Russell Myers, who will serve in a developmental role for the Midland Memorial Foundation.
