Arlington-based Texas Health Resources named Jon Duckert president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake, effective Oct. 1.
Mr. Duckert brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role, including more than 13 years leading joint venture hospitals and surgery centers, according to a Sept. 28 health system news release shared with Becker’s.
He previously served as hospital CEO and CFO within United Surgical Partners International. He also was CEO at two Baylor Scott & White Medical Center campuses in Uptown and Sunnyvale, Texas, and CFO of Houston Physicians’ Hospital.
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake is a joint venture involving Texas Health Resources and physicians and meets the definition under federal law of a physician-owned hospital.
Texas Health has 29 hospital locations, more than 4,400 licensed hospital beds and 30,000 employees.
