Tennova Healthcare-Harton appoints CNO, assistant CEO

Tennova Healthcare-Harton in Tullahoma, Tenn., has tapped Marilyn A. Smith, DNP, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer and Jonathon Gammon as assistant CEO.

Dr. Smith previously served as vice president of behavioral health services at Springs Memorial Hospital, now known as Lancaster (S.C.) Medical Center. She has more than 20 years of healthcare experience and earned her doctor of nursing practice degree from American Sentinel University in Aurora, Colo.

Mr. Gammon has previously held leadership roles at King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services facilities in Texas and Arkansas. He is also a U.S. Army veteran.
