Cookeville (Tenn.) Regional Medical Center has named Tim McDermott as its new CIO.
Mr. McDermott, who previously served as the health systems interim CIO, is replacing Les Bernstein, former CIO, who retired in the fall, according to a March 3 release from Cookeville.
Mr. McDermott has been with the health system's information technology department since 1998.
