Debbie Cancilla has retired as executive vice president of data strategy and CIO of Philadelphia-based Temple University Health System.
Vinay Bharel, senior vice president of information systems operations, now serves as interim CIO.
Ms. Cancilla joined the 6-hospital academic system in 2020. She was previously a vice president at Morristown, N.J.-based Atlantic Health and CIO of Harrisburg, Pa.-based UPMC Pinnacle, Atlanta-based Grady Health System and Buffalo, N.Y.-based Erie County Medical Center Corp.
