Syncordia names full-time CFO, director: 5 things to know

Syncordia Technologies and Healthcare Solutions Corp., a Toronto-based revenue cycle management company, added a director and full-time CFO.

Here are five things to know.

1. Syncordia’s CFO, Stephen Gledhill, has served in the position part time.

2. Bartley Heath, who has worked for the company more than two years, will take over as CFO full time, “pending Toronto stock exchange approval,” the company said in a news release.

3. Mr. Heath is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh and a master’s degree in business administration from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C.

4. In addition to the CFO change, Syncordia also named Gordon Forsythe a new director.

5. Mr. Forsythe is was previously a board member at Toronto-based King Products.
