1. Mr. Cheney most recently served as CEO of Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Ariz.

2. He was with Phoenix-based Banner Health for 30 years.

3. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. Mr. Cheney replaces Mike Cohill, who retired after serving as interim CEO of the medical center for the past year.
