Summit Health names Amy Smith as chief people officer

Berkeley Heights, N.J.-based Summit Health appointed Amy Smith as chief people officer.

Ms. Smith has 25 years of human resources leadership experience, most recently serving as staff vice president of human resources at Anthem, according to an Aug. 25 news release shared with Becker’s. 

Summit Health’s chief human resources officer, David Diamond, will remain in his role and report to Ms. Smith, according to the release.
