Jasmine Benningfield, Stringfellow’s spokeswoman, did not give a reason for Mr. McCauley’s departure, according to the report.
Mr. McCauley served as CEO since October 2012. Prior, he served as COO of Riverview Regional Medical Center in Gadsden, Ala.
