Currently, Mr. Ferreri serves as president and CEO of Staten Island (N.Y.) University Hospital, a role he has held since 2003, and as executive director of the North Shore-LIJ Health System’s Western Region since 2013. In his new appointment, Mr. Ferreri will oversee and coordinate an increasing number of current and new health system partnerships.
As regional executive director for Westchester, Mr. Ferreri will work on expanding and securing relationships with two hospitals in the region that have recently joined North Shore-LIJ: Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., and Northern Westchester Hospital in Kisco, N.Y.
Mr. Ferreri additionally serves on the board of Staten Island University Hospital, the board of the North Shore-LIJ Health System and the board of the Greater New York Hospital Association.
