Starr Regional Medical Center Appoints Richard Grogan Interim CEO

Starr Regional Medical Center, a two-hospital system with campuses in Athens, Tenn., and Etowah, Tenn., has selected Richard Grogan as interim CEO.

In addition to overseeing the two-campus medical center, Mr. Grogan will also lead the Surgery Center of Athens and physician offices. He is taking over duties for John Workman, who retired on April 1.

Mr. Grogan most recently served as CEO of Memorial Hospital of Salem County in New Jersey.
