Stacy Toyama named VP of Shaw Regional Cancer Center: 3 takeaways

Vail (Colo.) Valley Medical Center tapped Stacy Toyama to serve as vice president of Shaw Regional Cancer Center in Edwards, Colo., according to a Vail Daily report.

1. Ms. Toyama most recently served as vice president of cancer care at Appleton, Wis.-based ThedaCare.

2. Prior to ThedaCare, Ms. Toyama worked at Presence Health’s Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago as well as US Oncology/Hematology-Oncology Associates of Illinois, also in Chicago.

3. With more than 14 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Toyama is a delegate member for the Association of Cancer Executives and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
