St. Peter’s Hospital appoints Wade Johnson CEO: 4 notes

Helena, Mont.-based St. Peter’s Hospital tapped Wade Johnson to lead as CEO, effective July 31.

Here are four notes:

1. Currently, Mr. Johnson serves as the CEO of Valor Health in Emmett, Idaho.

2. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Pen Bay Healthcare in Rockport, Maine.

3. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. He succeeds Fred Olson, MD, who served as interim CEO since June 1, 2016.
