Ms. Finley-Hazle left to pursue other opportunities, Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare told employees via an email obtained by the Post.
Ms. Finley-Hazle assumed the role at the beginning of 2016. She was previously CEO of Fort Lauderdale-based Florida Medical Center.
Under her leadership, the hospital embarked on a $10 million expansion of its trauma center.
