Mr. Nespoli joined St. Luke’s when Allentown-based Sacred Heart HealthCare System merged with the network in March. He had served as president and CEO of Sacred Heart since 2009. He has prior experience working at Guthrie Health System in Sayre, Pa.

As the network’s chief integration officer, Mr. Ford played a key role in bringing Sacred Heart into the St. Luke’s family. He was previously president of St. Luke’s Allentown Campus.

St. Luke’s University Health Network includes 10 hospitals and 300-plus outpatient sites. The Gnaden Huetten/Palmerton campuses became a part of St. Luke’s earlier this year.
