Ms. Roscoe, who assumed the role Aug. 1, will also be the hospital’s ethics and compliance officer.
She most recently served as assistant COO at Medical City Plano (Texas) and Medical City Frisco (Texas). While there, she helped oversee a patient tower expansion at Medical City Plano.
She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.
