1. Most recently, Mr. Steinke served as CFO at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, Calif.

2. He has previously worked in financial operations at Glendale (Calif.) Memorial Hospital and St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, Calif., both part of San Francisco-based Dignity Health.

3. He has 15-plus years of senior financial management experience in healthcare.
