Here are three notes:

1. Ms. Bolano, former president of Boise-based Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, is returning to the health system after leaving in July to become a partner at Fort Myers, Fla.-based 21st Century Oncology.

2. She joined Saint Alphonsus in 2015, prior to which she served as senior vice president and an area manager for Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, Calif.

3. She succeeds Rodney Reider as leader of the health system. Mr. Reider abruptly stepped down July 30.

“I was touched by the outpouring I received from across the Saint Alphonsus Health System and the community, which led me to answer the call to serve this regional ministry,” Ms. Bolano said, according to the Idaho Press.
