Julie Hess has been appointed CEO of AdventHealth Lake Wales (Fla.).
Ms. Hess has been with Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth more than 22 years, according to a Sept. 3 LinkedIn post from Jennifer Wandersleben, regional CEO of the system’s West Florida division.
Ms. Hess has served as COO of AdventHealth Heart of Florida in Davenport, Fla., since May 2023, according to her LinkedIn profile.
