Mr. Shrader has served as interim CFO of the organization for the last year, and Southwest Health System Board Chair Tom Rice credited him with leading the health system’s turnaround.
As interim CFO, Mr. Shrader helped improve revenue cycle processes, recruited a new accounting director and offered his mentorship and expertise.
He has more than 26 years of healthcare finance experience and owned a healthcare consulting company that specialized in finance and operations management and revenue cycle.
He is the permanent successor of Sam Radke, who was fired in September 2018.
