Southside Regional Medical Center promotes Trent Nobles to CEO: 4 points

Petersburg, Va.-based Southside Regional Medical Center tapped Trent Erik Nobles to serve as its permanent CEO, according to a report by The Progress-Index.

1. Mr. Nobles has been serving at the helm of the hospital on an interim basis since November 2016.

2. He previously served as the medical center’s COO.

3. He came to Southside Regional from Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, where he was vice president of surgical services.

4. He holds an MBA degree from Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
