Southeast Georgia Health System names VP, revenue cycle

Brunswick, Ga.-based Southeast Georgia Health System has promoted Kim Holcomb to vice president of revenue cycle.

Ms. Holcomb will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the system’s revenue cycle operations, according to a July 30 news release. Her responsibilities will include supporting financial sustainability and improving the patient financial experience.

She joined Southeast Georgia Health System in 2002 as a senior financial analyst and has held several leadership roles. She most recently served as director of patient financial services, a position she had held since 2014. She previously served as manager of professional billing and practice administrator for Glynn Medical Associates.

“Kim’s career at the health system is a wonderful example of leadership, growth and dedication,” President and CEO Christy Jordan said in the release.
