Tacoma, Wash.-based Sound Physicians, a physician-founded and led clinical services organization with 300-plus hospital partners, named Lisa Shah, MD, chief innovation officer.

1. Dr. Shah most recently served as senior vice president of clinical operations and network at Evolent Health, which helps health systems accelerate their transition to value-based care.

2. She previously served as medical director of population health for Clinovations, a health IT company.

3. Dr. Shah is board certified in internal medicine and completed the hospitalist scholars fellowship at the University of Chicago.
