1. Mr. Listi previously served as group COO of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s El Paso/Rio Grande Valley region and COO of Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingten, Texas.
2. He has also served as vice president, business development and physician services at Baptist Medical Center in San Antonio.
3. He is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
4. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Texas A&M University in College Station.
5. Mr. Listi succeeds Mike Rickman, who departed for a new job opportunity.
