Ms. Beckton most recently served as director of diversity and inclusion at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Del. She has also worked at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she created a Diversity and Inclusion Executive Council.
Ms. Beckton holds a graduate degree in organizational development and leadership from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
