Seattle Children’s taps new CIO

Natalie Pageler, MD, has been appointed senior vice president and CIO of Seattle Children’s.

In the role, Dr. Pageler will oversee digital strategy and IT operations across the pediatric health system, according to an Aug. 17 news release.

She joins Seattle Children’s from Stanford Children’s Health and Stanford University School of Medicine, where she most recently served as division chief of clinical informatics, associate dean of maternal child health and clinical professor of pediatrics.

Dr. Pageler also previously spent a decade as chief medical information officer at Stanford Children’s Health.
