Sean Hogan is St. Anthony’s Medical Center’s new president

O’Fallon, Mo.-based Mercy selected Sean J. Hogan to serve as president of St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis, effective Sept. 4.

Mr. Hogan most recently served as president of SSM Health DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, Mo. Prior to that, he served in several roles within St. Louis-based SSM Health. He previously worked at St. Vincent Hospital and Medical Center in Portland, Ore.

Mr. Hogan has served on numerous boards and councils, including the Regional Health Commission, St. Louis Metropolitan Hospital Council and Missouri Hospital Association.

Additionally, St. Anthony’s Medical Center will change its name Oct. 1 to Mercy Hospital South.
