Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health has named Mayil Dharmarajan its chief data and AI officer.
Mr. Dharmarajan shared the appointment in a Sept. 21 LinkedIn post, saying he is joining the health system as it works to transform healthcare.
“I’m excited to begin a new chapter at Sanford Health as Chief Data & AI Officer, joining an incredible team committed to transforming healthcare,” he wrote.
Mr. Dharmarajan has also held roles at Orange, Calif.-based UCI Health serving as vice president of data and analytics from 2024 to June 2026.
