Saint Francis Healthcare System names new cybersecurity officer for IT: 3 points

Cape Girardeau, Mo.-based Saint Francis Healthcare System tapped Wayne Floyd to serve as cybersecurity officer for information technology, according to a Southeast Missourian report.

1. Mr. Floyd is equipped with more than 20 years of IT experience, five of which centered on cybersecurity

2. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

3. In his new role, Mr. Floyd will be responsible for IT security policy, standards and safeguards.
